Tony was born in 1961 and by the age of 6 was learning to play all percussion instruments. His ability with music was obvious and through his school years he continued playing the drums and percussion instruments and also achieved music examination grades in accordion and French horn. During his school years Tony toured various countries as the principle percussionist and Timpanist with The Essex Youth Orchestra. When Tony left school he played with various bands and duos and having the ability of being a rare music reading drummer found himself doing a lot of backing and session work. Tony finally reached a stage in his life where he wanted to take on a new venture and in 1988 started programming his own music using keyboards and sequencers. He also self taught himself to play guitar and although still working as a residential duo at that time used all his spare time writing his own songs.

Tracy was born in 1968 and spent her whole life from the age of 3 years old living and breathing the entertainment world, she trained in ballet, tap, modern jazz and acrobatic dancing. Tracy achieved all her dancing exams up to teachers standard and when finishing her education continued as a professional dancer all over Europe in a dance troupe named Close Encounters. Tracy also worked within the UK on various summer seasons where her singing career started taking off.

In 1988 Tracy and Tony worked together for Holimarine in Burnham on Sea, Tracy as a singer/dancer and Tony as a resident drummer. As the season progressed Tracy and Tony found themselves working closer and closer together and at the season's end they decided to form what is now Head over Heels.

In 2008 Tracy embarked on a solo venture, T-Anna, in addition to Head over Heels, so that she could sing some of her favourite songs that  were perhaps not suitable for the duo. This completely different show has been received with great success everywhere that she has performed and is becoming very popular with many venues in South Wales.
